Enrollments Support Associate – MHMR of Tarrant County
The Enrollment Support Associate coordinates, submits, and monitors provider enrollments with MHMR for programs billing third‑party funds. The role works to swiftly resolve enrollment and credentialing issues to prevent revenue loss and supports Enrollments, Credentialing, PFS, and other agency programs. The Associate ensures effective training, communication, and resource utilization for maximum reimbursement, while maintaining staff access to payor networks and claim‑related websites in compliance with HIPAA.

Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
One (1) year of experience in medical billing, medical business office environment, managed care, credentialing, provider enrollment, or similar industry
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
