As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza, you’ll bring that leadership to our store, ensuring the team meets our high standards for service, quality, and profitability.

Job Description In this Assistant Manager role you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations, from finance and inventory to customer relationships and policy compliance. You’ll be the example for your crew, leading by doing and ensuring that every policy and procedure is followed 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.

Ensure staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% and expect the same from your crew.

Handle opening & closing procedures, shift handovers, and communication with corporate.

Qualifications

Strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly; make correct monetary change.

Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills.

Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination; ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen.

Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, climb, and perform physical tasks described in the Physical Requirements section.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to an insured vehicle (if required).

Essential Functions / Skills

Operate all equipment and prepare product.

Stock ingredients, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.

Process telephone orders and maintain daily equipment and facility cleanliness.

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation records.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Exposure to varying weather, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, cramped quarters, and sharp edges.

Must stand most tasks, walk, carry heavy items up to 50 lb, push and pull trays, climb stairs, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and squatting.
