Manage all operations during your shift—including cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image and standards compliance, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability. Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients and inventory and complete associated paperwork. Prepare products and receive orders. Train new team members. Communicate effectively—write clear instructions and converse with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person. Perform essential math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct change. Use a keyboard or touch screen to enter orders quickly and accurately. Work with motor coordination and hand-eye coordination for precise movements. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, temperature swings (36–90+°, hot surfaces up to 500°, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters). Sensing and Temperaments
Talking and hearing on the telephone; vision for in‑store tasks; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; handle repetitive tasks; work alone or with others; remain calm under stress; analyze data and make judgments. Physical Requirements
Standing most tasks from a standing position; walking short distances; sitting for paperwork; lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying large cans; pushing/pulling trays; climbing stairs or ladders occasionally. Bending and stooping at pizza assembly; reaching above 72 inches; squatting and crouching for stocking and cleaning; eye‑hand coordination for shaping dough and using pizza tools. Driving Specific Duties
Deliver product by car to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle. Essential Skills
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses, handle multi‑story buildings, and carry products during delivery. Must drive safely and navigate adverse terrain. Seniority Level
