Maintenance Manager | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Manage the maintenance department budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement.
Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Coordinate maintenance activities closely with production schedules to minimize disruption.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing CMMS and PM/PdM programs.
Strong technical proficiency across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proven leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and developing a skilled maintenance team.
Experience with maintenance budgeting, cost control, and project management.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects related to facility or equipment upgrades.
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
