What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Hire and manage a high‑performing team focused on revenue enablement

Oversee team projects, ensuring completion within 14‑30 day project sprints using SCRUM or OKR frameworks

Align team activities with company goals and analyze tactical activities for business success

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives to enhance learning experiences

Lead core projects related to sales processes, product launches, and methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Fluent in business‑level English, both spoken and written

Significant experience in direct sales or coaching within a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment

Proven track record in managing remote teams across multiple time zones

Extensive experience with project management frameworks like SCRUM or OKRs

Demonstrated ability to support revenue‑generating teams with significant revenue achievements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Direct people management or team lead experience

Familiarity with sales reporting systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms

Exposure to competitive intelligence and go‑to‑market strategies

Certification in instructional design, OKR frameworks, or project management methodologies

Startup experience considered a plus
