$57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial robots and automated systems on the production floor.

Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robotic equipment.

Program and reprogram robots to optimize performance and execute specific manufacturing tasks.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance and calibration of robotic arms, end-effectors, and peripheral devices.

Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to facilitate effective repairs and system upgrades.

Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately.

Collaborate with engineers and production staff to integrate new robotic solutions and improve existing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.

2+ years of hands‑on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills for automated systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and robot programs.

Knowledge of industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision)

Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet)

Proficiency in CAD software for interpreting or modifying mechanical drawings

Basic data analysis or reporting skills for performance monitoring
