Lead technical and business discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and design tailored demonstrations
Architect AI-driven customer experience and employee services solutions that align with business goals
Manage the technical strategy throughout the sales cycle, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with product development and go-to-market strategies
Utilize analytics to measure and optimize the impact of implemented solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments
Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience
Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CCaaS, customer service software, ITSM, or business intelligence solutions
Willingness and ability to travel as required
