What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demos
Architect AI-driven customer experience and employee services solutions that align with customer goals
Own the end-to-end technical engagement throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with product roadmaps and influence innovations
Measure and optimize impact using analytics and AI performance metrics to demonstrate ROI
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments
Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience
Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities to strategic business impact
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Expertise in CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, Business Intelligence, or Integration & Middleware
Graduate degree in a relevant field
Willingness to travel as required for the role
