What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and perform AI readiness assessments

Design tailored demos and proofs of value showcasing the employer’s differentiated offeringsOwn the end-to-end technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals

Architect secure, scalable solutions leveraging APIs and cloud platforms to enable seamless workflows

Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product development and ensure a unified go-to-market strategy

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, or similar environments

Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots that demonstrate business value

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, or Business Intelligence domains

Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities with strategic business impact

Willingness and ability to travel as required
