What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct thorough technical and business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demonstrations
Architect AI-driven customer experience solutions that translate complex technologies into business-focused narratives
Own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals and compliance standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and ensure a unified go-to-market strategy
Measure and optimize the impact of solutions using analytics and AI performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments
Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience
Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, customer service software, ITSM, or business intelligence
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Graduate degree or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical capabilities to strategic business impact
Deep curiosity about how AI and automation reshape customer experience
Experience in collaborative environments, aligning teams and earning stakeholder trust
Innovative problem-solving skills leveraging technology for new opportunities
