Competitive Pay: $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually based on a 40 Hr. work week) + OT when authorized by the Supervisor

Per diem: $55/day + company lodging provided for regional travel

Your Role Duties

Installation: Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping; troubleshoot installation challenges

Service: Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems

Collaboration: Work with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution

Documentation: Complete work orders and reports accurately using company-issued iPad/iPhone

High School/GED

Qualifications

Required:

2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/background checks

Preferred:

HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training

Physical:

Lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, wear PPE

Travel:

Flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem: $55/day, lodging provided)

Tools & Support

Provided: Service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE

Technician Tools: Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
