About the Role BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS), a global leader in facility management, seeks a skilled HVAC Installer Technician to expand our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including pipefitting, brazing, and soldering of refrigerant piping.
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency services on HVAC and refrigeration units.
Collaborate with dispatchers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Complete detailed work orders and reports accurately using company‑issued iPad/iPhone.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually). Overtime approved by supervisor.
Per diem: $55/day with lodging provided for authorized out‑of‑town travel.
Paid Time Off: 48 hours starting, escalating to 168 hours with tenure.
Paid Holidays: 7 annually.
401(k) Match: 5% employer contribution.
BGIS Kickoff Tech Program – choose one: $3,500 cash bonus; 40 additional floating holiday hours; $1,250 technical training reimbursement.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (Minimum Education).
2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license.
Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and wear PPE.
Ability to pass drug and background checks.
Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training.
Tools & Support
Service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE provided.
Work tools: hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges.
