Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
Proficiency with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and quality management systems.
Bonus Qualifications
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with specific ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems common in manufacturing.
