$75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Design, develop, and scale new manufacturing processes and equipment layouts.
Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Analyze process data to identify trends, improve yields, and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC).
Proven ability to apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis or process simulation software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Arena)
Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
