Job Responsibilities & Duties Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM), the analyst will be responsible for completing projects and assignments related to federal and state‑mandated reports, corrective action plans, and ad‑hoc requests. The analyst will engage with stakeholders to discuss relevant issues, findings, and ongoing matters. The incumbent will identify evolving trends, effectively communicate analytical results, and make recommendations to senior‑level managers and executive leadership. The analyst may serve in a lead capacity on these projects and assignments. The incumbent will also develop responses to inquiries from legislative offices, government agencies, special interest groups, and the public. The analyst will use the appropriate databases and systems to retrieve and validate UI program data and ensure accuracy, as well as perform research to retrieve and compile information for projects, assignments, and ad‑hoc requests.
