Salary Range:
$54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly production, skilled trades, and administrative manufacturing roles.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures for plant personnel.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company standards within the manufacturing environment.
Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans for the manufacturing workforce.
Facilitate and coordinate essential training programs, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational skills development.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data for all manufacturing employees.
Assist with benefits administration and provide support for payroll processing for the factory workforce.
Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and OSHA regulations
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with union or labor relations.
Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation or significant system upgrades.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
