ServiceNow Senior Manager – Financial Services Transformation Leader In the digital economy, upgrading outdated processes and information is vital. As a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager, you will play a leading role in providing our clients with authoritative, agile, and efficient solutions for business decision‑making.
The Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑facing role gives you opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop teams and to build and maintain client relationships. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations for financial services clients.
Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams.
Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow‑enabled transformations.
Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.
Manage 2–3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources.
Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow service‑management implementations.
Analyze a company's service‑management capabilities and provide recommendations.
Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models.
Drive the creation of sector‑focused offerings aligned with ServiceNow industry workflows.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
Proven architectural leadership in ServiceNow within financial services.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of three of the following certifications: …
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Ideally, You Will Also Have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, HAM, or SAM.
Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions.
Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery experience – certifications are a plus.
