Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough technical and business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and perform AI readiness assessments
Design and architect AI-driven customer experience solutions tailored to client needs
Manage the end-to-end technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product development and align customer needs with the company's roadmap
Measure and optimize the impact of implemented solutions using analytics and AI performance metrics
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or equivalent environments
Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience
Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, customer service software, or business intelligence
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities to business impact
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
