General Summary The
Accounts Payable Associate
is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services necessary for the company's operation. This position supports the Whole business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Sort invoices and confirm appropriate approvals
Enter, code and process all invoices
Process all checks
Communicate with vendors regarding payments
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational skills, customer service and time management
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $22.00 - $26.00.
