Founded in 1986, the company has grown from a local firm into a trusted partner in real estate, managing multifamily, single‑family, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent, active adult, and student housing divisions across the country.
Responsibilities
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
Generate and follow up on new leads, maintain model units, and complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in.
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
Assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and move‑in/out processes.
Managing resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction and enforce community policies.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives, including annual marketing plans and market analysis.
Document all administrative tasks and support team as required.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and understanding of on‑site software functions.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs, ascend/descend ladders and stairs, and stand for prolonged periods.
Work in varying environments, including outdoor, confined spaces, and under weather conditions.
Compensation Salary Range: $14 per hour to $17 per hour. Full‑time employees are also eligible for benefits, 401(k) with employer matching, paid sick days, and company holidays.
