About the Role We’re seeking an
Operations Director
to provide hands‑on leadership to our 85+ team members and help drive operational excellence across the business. This leader will oversee daily operations, improve systems and processes, elevate guest experience, and develop high‑performing teams.
This role is ideal for a driven, people‑centric leader who wants to grow into senior leadership—or even pursue Chick‑fil‑A Owner/Operator candidacy in 3–5 years.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
Implement and improve systems that enhance efficiency & guest experience
Build, mentor, and develop team members
Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards
Analyze business operations and drive sustainable sales & profit growth
Partner with the Operator and Leadership Team on strategy, planning, and execution
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of leadership/management experience
Strong communicator; proactive, optimistic, and solutions-oriented
Servant‑leader mindset with passion for developing people
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
Growth‑minded and eager to learn
