We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Construction Superintendent
to lead and manage on‑site operations for commercial construction projects throughout Oregon. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in delivering high‑quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on‑site construction activities from ground‑up through project closeout
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Ensure projects meet schedule milestones, quality standards, and budget requirements
Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
Resolve on‑site issues proactively and maintain a productive jobsite environment
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within Oregon
