Key Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to machinery, materials, and methods.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes and documentation.
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, process flow diagrams, and BOMs.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with CAD software for process design and fixture development.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial robotics
Experience with advanced ERP or MES system implementation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
