Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve reduced or rejected invoices Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to attorneys and staff Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing Experience with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker, CounselGO, and others Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot Tables Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications:
