Payroll Accountant
Location: Hales Corners, WI
We are hiring for a Payroll Accountant in Hales Corners, WI. This role is an addition to the accounting department and you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll along with other accounting tasks. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees
Wage garnishments & taxes
Calculate payroll adjustments and provide reporting
Bank Reconciliations and Accounts Payable
Qualifications
Three or more years of full cycle payroll and accounting experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired
Comfortable working in systems like ADP WFN or Paychex
Detail oriented, task driven, with professional communication skills
