Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts and verify accuracy across revenue and expense categories.

Reconcile all internal finance tracking spreadsheets against Quickbooks.

File monthly sales tax.

Prepare financial summaries, forecasting, and reporting for leadership.

Prepare and submit required documentation for audits and support tax-related responsibilities as needed.

Process Improvement & Efficiency Building

Create or refine financial processes, templates, and systems to support scalability as the company grows.

Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and propose solutions to enhance accuracy and speed.

Create and improve documentation standards, reporting clarity, and internal controls.
