Job Overview The role is a financial advisor at Edward Jones. You will develop and grow your own practice supported by branch associates, a home‑office team, and other regional financial advisors.
Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
As an associate, complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Work independently while supported by a network of thousands of staff throughout the firm.

Preferred additional professional designations (CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™).
