Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative
Join the Sacramento Business Operations Service Center as the next Business Operations Service Center Representative! As part of the Service Center Business Operations team, you will be an integral part of accomplishing Covered California’s mission and main goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact – As the Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for directly assisting consumers with enrollment into health coverage. You will gain experience working with various information systems and improve upon existing Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual Positions: Must be fluent in Spanish.
Call Center Pay Differential:
If selected, incumbents will be compensated an additional $150 per month.
Bilingual Pay Differential:
If selected, incumbents must pass a fluency exam. Once passed, they will be compensated an additional $200 per month.
This position’s office headquarters location is designated in Sacramento County. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
Experience with reviewing, processing and handling the inputting of data into systems or forms.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience interpreting laws, regulations, policy and procedures preferably in public health and healthcare industry services or programs.
Demonstrated ability to maintain organization of work.
Moderate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
