Compensation Pay range:

$16.50 - $24.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.

Process buy‑online/ship‑to‑store, hub‑to‑store, and store‑to‑store transfers; contact customers upon shipment arrival.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and in accordance with procedure; utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly; issue refunds accurately using correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise properly.

Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.

Ensure team members follow posted work schedules, obtain approvals for changes/deviations, and clock in/out per company policy.

Perform all store opening/closing duties: day‑end procedures; verify/securing money and deposits; prepare bank deposits; ensure night security lights on; lock doors and secure building; arm/disarm security alarms; lock delivery vehicles.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:

Strong communication skills.

Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired:

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

ASE Certification.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
