Compensation
$16.66 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate may equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
Essential Job Functions
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, and Rock the Lot.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously, issue refunds accurately using the correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise properly in the returns area.
Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, obtain management approval for changes or deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy.
Perform all store opening/closing duties, day‑end procedures, verify and secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors and secure the building, arm/disarm security alarms, and lock delivery vehicles in the designated area.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities
Required:
Strong communication skills
Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired:
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
Automotive systems and repair knowledge
ASE Certification
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
