Compensation Pay Range: $16.66 – $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premium bonuses per hour in specific circumstances.
Essential Job Functions
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub, store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue refunds accurately using correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise correctly.
Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
Maintain team member adherence to posted work schedule, approve changes by management, clock in/out per policy.
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, secure deposits, prepare bank deposits, secure building, arm/disarm security alarms, and lock delivery vehicles.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, Abilities
Required:
Strong communication skills, Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Desired:
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; Automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
