With a strong presence across the Americas, Europe, India, and Asia, we serve global industries such as healthcare, automotive, fiber, and consumer goods, to name a few. With our first Business Development role in Europe successfully filled, we are now recruiting for a second position as part of our strategic investment in the region. About the role As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and advancing new business opportunities aligned with our strategic priorities for the market. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help translate customer needs and technical possibilities into commercial growth. Reporting to the European market organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and product management to bring strategy to life. The position is international in scope and can be based remotely in Denmark or Germany, but we are open to other countries in Europe as well. Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and generate qualified leads in line with market strategy. Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into targeted commercial opportunities. Build strong internal and external partnerships to deliver customer-focused solutions. Support new key accounts and cross-selling efforts with market and customer insights. Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Work in cross-functional teams to bring initiatives from idea to execution. Contribute to long-term pipeline growth through strategic relationship building. Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar – MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy. Proven success in identifying and closing strategic opportunities. Experience in B2B technical environments – preferably polymers, plastics, or chemical sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both internal and external. Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity with a proactive mindset. Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50–70% as part of the role. You’ll Thrive Here If You Are…
