Answer an average of 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctors' offices, and insurance carriers Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone Maintain performance goals and demonstrate proficiency after training Work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1+ year of work experience required Previous work experience in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, or a call center environment preferred Experience handling high volume calls with multiple computer applications highly desirable Strong communication skills for interaction with patients regarding medical information How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
