What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
Assist Spanish‑speaking customers in resolving billing inquiries
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to address patient inquiries effectively
Maintain performance goals and demonstrate proficiency in processes post‑training
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be professionally fluent in both English and Spanish
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous medical and/or call center experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and pay attention to detail
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and performing alpha‑numeric data entry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service role, especially within a healthcare setting
Strong organizational skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
Excellent verbal and listening skills
