ServiceNow Financial Services Transformation Leader – Senior Manager – Tech Consulting Location: Anywhere in the United States.

As a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager you will lead technology transformation projects for financial services clients, drive competitive advantage, and help EY maintain market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.

Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.

Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.

Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow‑enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business cases, roadmaps, detailed plans and solution architectures.

Serve as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.

Manage 2–3 engagements simultaneously and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.

Build and foster client relationships; demonstrate value of EY services.

Prepare high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Support sales activities with proposals, engagement estimates, and presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year); Master’s degree preferred.

5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.

Proven architectural leadership in ServiceNow; deep sector experience in financial services (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management).

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of 3 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response, Hardware Asset Management, Discovery, CSM, Service Mapping.

5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Executive‑level communication (written & verbal), adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Driver's license valid in the U.S.; ability to travel up to 60 %.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Implementation Specialist – ITOM, HAM, or SAM.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery – certifications are a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $171,600 to $392,100 (U.S. – all locations); $205,900 to $445,700 for major metro areas; plus medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
