We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and manage all phases of construction from groundbreaking through project closeout. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who can drive schedules, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, productive jobsite.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily on‑site operations, including subcontractor coordination and workforce management.
Drive project schedules, manage sequencing, and maintain critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company policies.
Oversee quality control by verifying work aligns with plans, specifications, and project standards.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners to maintain communication and workflow.
Review and manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, and specifications; proactively identify and resolve field issues.
Lead jobsite meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and provide daily and weekly progress reports.
Manage material deliveries, equipment planning, site logistics, and trade sequencing.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, trades, materials, and field operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and maintain project budgets.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple phases of construction in a fast‑paced environment.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
