$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Duration: 12+ months Contract (Possibility of extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (NV and NM travel may be required)
Schedule/Hours: This will be a hybrid role – 60% will be in the office, and 40% will be in the field.
Skills
Node, Small Cell and project management experience
Primary candidate competencies
Small cell construction drawing and design proficiency.
OSP fiber construction (bore, trench, aerial placement, leased duct)
Node and power construction (foundation, pole installation, power installation, RF component installation, troubleshooting).
Accountable for delivering key KPIs: % On-Time Install, fiber completion for small cell, small cell LCD, installed enterprise revenue, vendor and vehicle safety.
Education and Certifications
High School degree
A valid driver’s license is required
OSHA 10 or preferred
Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience
General knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground) for SCS.
Experience with Small Cell Construction, Node and Design techniques.
Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing OTDR, PIM, and SWEEP.
General knowledge of NESC, NEC and OSHA standards.
