Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Staff Accountant role based in River Falls, WI. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations including general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing and analyzing budgets, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The position requires collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and supporting the finance team with various projects as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial accounting, general ledger management, and reconciliations
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
