Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors. You will benefit from over 100 years of history and a client‑centric culture that focuses on long‑term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.

Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.

Oversee branch processes and ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan for improved results.

Create an engaging environment of trust, respect, and accountability within the branch.

Complete ongoing training and maintain required registrations and licenses.

Utilize firm‑provided branch office and client support network.

Strong communication skills and self‑starter.

Comfortable with critical thinking and passionate about opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services with a track record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™,

CRPC™

or

Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ .
