CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
Program / edit CNC machines as needed (Smart Cam, Gibbs Cam, etc.)
Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area
Follow all safety and quality protocols
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum 5 years of machining experience or equivalent training
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
CNC programming experience preferred
Strong math and communication skills
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently and in a team
