Key Responsibilities
Analyze production costs, variances, and efficiency metrics.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.

Support inventory valuation, obsolescence analysis, and working capital management.
Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements within manufacturing.
Partner with operations leadership to provide financial insights and decision support.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Ability to analyze production variances and their impact on financial performance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) or MES platforms.
Advanced knowledge of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
