Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee daily production operations and personnel.
Ensure production schedules are met and output targets achieved.
Monitor and maintain product quality in accordance with specifications.
Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and inefficiencies.
Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of production team members.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare operational reports.
Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and develop production staff.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management
Bilingual communication skills, especially Spanish, to support a diverse workforce
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation or robotics
