Salary Range:
$63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
Lead, train, and manage a team of production operators.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all products.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Optimize production processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
Report on production performance, progress, and challenges to management.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling.
Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality control standards.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Ability to motivate, train, and develop a production team.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish), to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Experience with automation technologies or industrial robotics.
Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
