Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr

Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will build and grow your own practice, supported by a dedicated branch team, a home‑office team, and regional advisors. You will benefit from a firm with over 100 years of history and more offices in the U.S. and Canada than any other investment firm, serving over eight million clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to generate new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).

Deeply understand client needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.

Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.

Create an engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Complete ongoing training and regulatory courses to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Receive a firm‑provided branch office in the community.

Receive client support to lighten the load so you can focus on clients.

Work independently with a support network extending from the local office to the region and home office.

Compensation

No ceiling to earning potential – compensation tied to effort.

Multi‑faced package including profitability bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel.

Flexibility to balance personal and professional lives.

Hiring minimum $50,000; hiring maximum $125,000.

Candidate Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services working with clients, with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and a track record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
