Mission description

Coordinate warehouse activities, train warehouse personnel to ensure well-coordinated shipping, kitting, receiving, and inventory control plan.

Ensure that customer units, parts and repairs are received and shipped in an efficient and timely manner; ensure that parts and repairs are properly inventoried.

Ensure physical inventory consistency and accuracy monitoring with virtual inventory in the ERP.

Maintains accurate work instructions and procedures for present job duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated ability to set and achieve stretch goals quickly, while possessing strong people skills.

Knowledge of economic principles and impact on Safran's Business.

Understanding of Logistics requirements and methodologies (Incoterms, 2PL, 3PL, Import/Export regulation, HTS, Schedule B, HazMat handling/marking).

Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement ideas.

Proven expertise at achieving and sustaining internal & external customer satisfaction.

Understand and apply safety standards consistently.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Office, SharePoint and SAP.

Compliance with Safety rules.
