What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals
Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of high-quality features
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the Client Portal space
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
