What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction
Leverage insurance expertise to ensure product offerings meet the diverse needs of clients across various regions
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement across multiple groups
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
