Key Responsibilities
Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to improve productivity and quality.
Develop, implement, and sustain improvement projects that drive cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and enhanced product quality.
Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and quantify the impact of improvement efforts.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and foster a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the manufacturing facility.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED) and problem-solving tools.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for identifying improvement opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, drive change, and influence cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Change Management Practitioner (e.g., PROSCI)
Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) for process modeling and optimization
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for creating compelling performance dashboards
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in manufacturing environments
