Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Location: Princeton, NJ | Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year | Full-time | Not Applicable

Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and review of documents related to real estate transactions (purchase agreements, deeds, title documents).
Coordinate and manage the closing process for various real estate transactions.
Track legal fee quotes and ensure invoices are accurate and paid timely.
Work with escrow agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Conduct research on property records, title histories, and relevant information.
Maintain and organize client files; ensure documents are properly filed and accessible.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to address concerns during closing.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for real estate transactions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within title or escrow agency.
Extensive knowledge of the closing process.
Experience with escrow management and tracking legal fee quotes.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail to spot potential issues early.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Must be able to work in-office 4 days per week in Princeton, NJ.
