This is a full‑time, in‑office position ideal for recent or soon‑to‑be accounting graduates who want hands‑on experience across the full accounting cycle. You'll work on revenue accounting, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting while building a strong foundation for career growth.
What You’ll Do
Assist with month‑end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules
Support revenue processes and analysis
Help manage accounts payable and vendor relationships
Maintain accurate general ledger records
Prepare internal financial reports and presentations
Participate in audits and strengthen internal controls
Collaborate with teams across multiple states to resolve accounting issues
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or graduating within 6 months)
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with financial data
Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
